Before You Order

Photo Size & Cropping

Your photos will be printed on 2" × 3" rectangular magnets with square corners. Some cropping may be necessary to fit your image. Please review your photo placement carefully before adding your magnets to your cart.

Photo Quality

For the best results, upload clear, high-resolution images. Blurry, dark, or low-resolution photos may not print clearly. Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Personalized Orders

Each magnet is made especially for you. Because these are custom products, all sales are final except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our production error.

Photo Permissions

By uploading an image, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it. Please do not upload copyrighted images without authorization.

Production & Pickup

Production times vary based on order volume. For event orders, we'll provide an estimated pickup time when your order is received. Orders that cannot be completed during the event will require separate pickup or delivery arrangements.

Your Photos & Privacy

Your uploaded photos will be used to fulfill your order. We will not use your personal photos in advertising or social media without your permission.
