Local Delivery

Casa Vista Goods Co. offers free local delivery to qualifying addresses within 15 miles of Escondido, California. Eligibility will be determined by the delivery address entered at checkout.

Once your custom order is complete, we will contact you as needed regarding delivery. Please make sure the address and contact information provided with your order are accurate.

Shipping

Orders outside our local delivery area can be shipped to addresses within the United States. Available shipping options and charges will be shown at checkout.

Because our products are custom-made, estimated fulfillment times begin after we have received all necessary materials and you have approved your final proof.

You will receive shipping information when your completed order is on its way.

Delays

We do our best to meet estimated completion and delivery dates, but carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control may occur. We cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible. Include your order number and photographs of any damaged products or packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping or delivery address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
