By placing an order with Casa Vista Goods Co., you agree to the following terms.

Custom Orders & Proof Approval

Casa Vista Goods Co. creates custom products based on information, images, artwork, and other materials provided by the customer. A digital proof will be provided for approval before production.

Please review your proof carefully. By approving a proof, you confirm that all text, spelling, names, addresses, phone numbers, images, colors, layout, and other design elements are correct and approved for production. Production may begin once approval is received. Changes requested after approval may require an additional charge.

Customer-Provided Artwork & Images

By submitting photographs, logos, artwork, trademarks, or other materials, you represent that you own those materials or have permission to reproduce and use them for your order.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from photographers, designers, businesses, property owners, or other rights holders. Casa Vista Goods Co. is not responsible for determining ownership or licensing rights for customer-provided materials.

We reserve the right to decline materials or orders that we reasonably believe may violate another person's rights or applicable law.

Design Services

Basic design and layout assistance is included where stated in the product listing. This may include arranging customer-provided materials, typography, basic image preparation, and creation of a finished magnet design.

Extensive design work, logo creation, branding, significant image editing, or additional revisions may require a separate quote.

Color & Print Variations

We make every reasonable effort to produce your order accurately. Colors displayed on phones and computer monitors can differ from printed colors. Minor variations in color, positioning, cutting, or other normal characteristics of the manufacturing process are not considered manufacturing defects.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer-approved design choices or errors appearing on an approved proof.

If your order has a manufacturing defect or differs materially from your approved proof, please contact Casa Vista Goods Co. so we can evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other remedy.

Production & Turnaround

Production begins after payment, receipt of the materials necessary to complete the order, and final proof approval.

Any turnaround or delivery date provided is an estimate unless Casa Vista Goods Co. expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Delays in receiving customer materials or proof approval may delay completion.

Shipping & Local Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and shipping information. Free local delivery may be available for qualifying locations as indicated during checkout.

Shipping charges, when applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Please contact us promptly regarding an order that arrives damaged or has a manufacturing problem.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We may be able to accommodate changes before proof approval or production begins.

Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, an order cannot normally be changed or canceled.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Casa Vista Goods Co.'s liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Casa Vista Goods Co. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its products.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
